This vineyard themed invitation features a unique eggplant purple, olive green, and lavender color scheme. Sophisticated and modern, these colors would work great for the fall or winter - the rich hues of the eggplant and olive aren't quite bright enough for summer, and the lavender and hints of lighter green transition the dark colors into winter pastels.
This invitation is printed on white paper and mounted to a thickly textured olive green cardstock with three pastel-colored brads on the far left, allowing the paper to be lifted off the cardstock on the right side. The brads are integrated into the decorative pattern border, and the light green and purple hints at the colors found in the text and grapevine illustration on the right.
If this design looks a little familiar, it may be because I've featured the vineyard illustration on another invitation, which I posted about back in December. In the other design, the purples and greens are both darker, and instead of olive green, all of the greens are much bluer. This color scheme is more unique and cutting edge, while still using the beautiful calligraphic font and vineyard illustration that made the other design elegant.
